Susie Kenny-Smith loves designing and delivering impactful leadership, learning, and transformation programmes. And because she delights in leading high-performing teams, she gets great satisfaction from coaching leaders on how to get the best out of their people.
With over 25 years’ experience as a strategic HR advisor and director of transformation & culture change programmes, Susie has discovered that she has a talent for creating a calm and trusting environment where each individual's perspective, strengths and contributions are acknowledged and appreciated. Time again, this has resulted in speedy conflict resolution, powerful individual transformation, improved customer focus, and increased performance.
Susie also enjoys working things out, creating better solutions, and bringing people together. Whether this is a global learning programme that needs to be developed and delivered to scale and at speed, a recruitment strategy that needs improving and implementing, or a contentious but necessary change initiative, she will find and nuture the greatest team, and together they will implement something far superior and more impactful that you could possible have imagined!
Based in Provence, France, Susie works with the UN and international organisations in the private sector.
Susie also loves learning! She has attained a Masters in Counselling Psychology (California, USA), a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management (London, UK), a Certificate in Humanistic Counselling (London, UK), a Certificate in Instructional Design (New York, USA) and the California Certification Programme with SHRM (California, USA).
